As we get into the swing of the new season, we’d like to issue an update to our supporters regarding the status of the new Clockend Terrace that has been in the pipeline for the past year.
In March, we were able to confirm that we had received full planning permission for the terrace, with a view of it being installed in the latter part of 2025.
Throughout the summer, we have been working with the respective stakeholders and jumping through the hoops in regards to finalising designs, source quotes for the work and submit plans to the Football Foundation to get the green-light for their support in the development.
We’re pleased to confirm that we have successfully navigated this process and that plans are now signed off and in place for work to start on the Clockend Terrace. We’re working with contractors to iron out the development timeline and once we have a firm idea of when works will start and conclude, these will be communicated. It’s our anticipation that the works will be concluded in full well in advance of Christmas.

We look forward to communicating more information around installation timelines in the coming weeks, and we will do all we can to make sure that construction has as minimal impact as possible on our match day experience in the interim.
