Farnham Town are pleased to announce the signing of defender Aaron Williams Fernández, who joins the club on non-contract terms.
The 24-year-old spent the early part of his career playing in America alongside his studies, featuring for the likes of Columbia Cougars, UNH Wildcats, Seacoast United and Dothan United between 2020 and 2024.
In January 2025, Aaron joined Sporting Gijon in Spain where he would spend seven months with their Atletico side before returning to England where he was born and joined Chertsey Town in the Southern League Premier South for the 2025/26 season.
Aaron got off to a fine start to life in English football, starting 15 consecutive games for the Curfews to start the campaign, scoring twice, with that form putting him on the radar of league leaders Walton & Hersham, who would sign him in October for the remainder of the season.

Upon his arrival, Aaron would appear in the next 21 fixtures for the Swans, including 20 starts, helping them clinch the league title and promotion to the National League South before an injury in the win against Dorchester Town late in March forced him to miss the final few games of the season.
Having left Walton & Hersham in the summer, Aaron has been waiting patiently for his next opportunity and we’re pleased to be able to bring a player of his quality into the squad moving forward. Aaron did feature for Wealdstone in the National League Cup against Stoke City U21s on Tuesday night, but now joins the Town for the 2026/27 season.
Everyone associated with Farnham Town would like to wish Aaron the best of luck during his time with us. Aaron is registered and is immediately available to selection for our upcoming National League South fixture away at Folkestone Invicta this weekend.
