Harley is a teenage attacking midfielder that spent a decade in the Fulham academy setup from U9s all the way through to U18s.
He left Fulham at the end of his scholarship deal in the summer of 2026 and signed a one-year contract with Farnham Town, immediately joining Ascot United on a three-month loan deal.
