Josh came through the academy ranks at Chelsea before transition into non league football. Brief spells with Cray Wanderers and Margate preceded a move to Walton & Hersham in January 2024 where he would catch the eye during a 12 month stay with the Swans.
In January 2025, he be poached by then League Two side Bromley, and signed professional terms in the summer. Last season, Josh spent the second half of the season on loan with Yeovil Town in the National League.
A midfielder by trade, Josh can also play in defence but is known for his composure and quality in possession, as well as his ball carrying skills.
